With Orthopaedic Surgeon, Prof. MK Kwan |
So, the day for Daryl’s surgery is set for 15 December 2014.
We have been very blessed by the generosity of many friends who have committed
to help us bear the cost of this operation. At this point, we are at
approximately 75% of the required amount, and we have the confidence that our
Lord will bring together all that is needed in His perfect time. He has guided our
every step from the beginning of this journey, and we know without a doubt that
He will continue to lead us till its completion. So many friends and loved ones
have come alongside our family in this challenging time. Words cannot express
how much strength and comfort those prayers and encouragement have brought us.
It’s going to be a big adventure of faith for our son – but one that will
deepen his relationship with his God and Saviour. His patience in bearing the
discomfort and limitations scoliosis has caused him inspires us. His calm
acceptance of what lies ahead of him is amazing to us. His simple trust in the
Lord humbles us.
I remember recently I testify in the church where I attend my sunday worship..
ReplyDeleteThere is this statement I made...
"people need to accept that God Almight do makes use of Surgeon hands to extend his healing....."
